• Conservation - Realistic ways you can conserve energy and thereby reduce costs
• Methodology - Methods you can employ to reduce energy consumption which reduces costs
• Alternatives - Other energy suppliers or sources of energy which would be more cost effective
• Accuracy - Reports on whether your meters, multipliers, bills, tariffs and rates applied are correct

Most companies providing energy audits today are either only doing a survey to show why you need to buy expensive hardware from them, why you should share your future savings with them, or they only provide checks to see if they can get you a refund check from which they take a large portion.  If you have had such, so-called, energy experts provide you with audits or studies that did not include all four of the above items, the audits and reports provided to you were not thorough, complete, and comprehensive.

 In additional to energy audits, we can provide you with Predominant Use Studies while performing your energy audit.  Predominant Use Studies are required by many state statutes before you can obtain and/or retain exemptions from state sales tax.   In some states, you may be required to pay back taxes for previous years if you do not have a current Predominant Use Study in your files.
